From Days to an Hour: A Better Way to Manage Borrower and Investor Statements

Preparing statements is rarely difficult because of the document itself. The complexity comes from everything around it.

Teams need to gather the right data, generate documents for multiple recipients, check each statement, manage approvals, send the right file to the right person, and keep a reliable record of what went out. When those steps are spread across spreadsheets, shared folders, and individual inboxes, a routine statement run can take days, and it can still be difficult to see what is complete and what needs attention.

Hypercore's new statement process brings that entire workflow into one place. Statements can be created, reviewed, approved, sent, and tracked directly in Hypercore, turning a process that previously took days into one that can be completed in about an hour.

One workflow from creation to delivery

The Statement Process follows three clear stages:

Configure → Review → Send

Teams can create a single statement or generate a large batch across loans, borrowers, funding sources, or investors. Each statement then moves through a review step before it becomes eligible to send.

From the same workflow, users can:

  • Generate statements individually or in bulk
  • Select the appropriate template, date, and reporting period
  • Review each document before delivery
  • Confirm or update recipients and email content
  • Regenerate or replace a file when corrections are needed
  • Send approved statements directly from Hypercore
  • Track the status and history of every statement run

This creates one consistent process instead of a series of disconnected tasks.

Built-in review before anything is sent

Speed matters, but not at the expense of control.

Every statement must be marked as reviewed before it can move to the sending stage. Teams can inspect the document, confirm recipients, adjust the accompanying email, and correct or replace the file when needed.

For larger batches, statements can be reviewed in sequence or approved in bulk when appropriate. Generate, review, and send permissions can also be assigned separately, allowing firms to maintain segregation of duties within the workflow.

Every change is recorded, including who made it and when. Previous versions remain available if a statement is regenerated or replaced, creating a clear audit trail from initial generation through final delivery.

A clear view of every statement run

One of the most persistent challenges in statement delivery is simply knowing where everything stands.

The Statement Process gives teams a central view of active and completed runs. They can quickly see which batches are still generating, which statements require review, what is ready to send, and what has already been delivered.

If a file fails to generate or an email cannot be sent, the issue remains visible in the workflow so it can be corrected and retried. Teams no longer need to reconcile a tracking spreadsheet against a sent folder or search through individual inboxes to confirm delivery.

Delivered as an extension of your organization

Recipients receive a branded email with the statement attached and any message added during review. The communication is presented on behalf of the sender's organization, and replies are directed back to its designated contact email.

That means teams can automate delivery without making the recipient experience feel disconnected or generic.

Faster execution, with the controls intact

The biggest improvement is not simply faster document generation. It is having the entire statement process, creation, review, delivery, and tracking, managed in one place.

For operations teams, that means less manual coordination, fewer opportunities for something to be missed, and a much clearer answer to a basic but important question: Have all the right statements been reviewed and sent?
